Construction Lab is a décor construction company and a building materials supplier founded in Bahrain in 2007. Nowadays, our company is recognized worldwide in executing retails, offices, beauty, restaurants and commercial projects. The company has been associated with many international brands, architects and interior designers has an in house core team to execute a full project from supplying the materials, air conditioning, MEP services, shop fittings and furniture.
For almost a decade, we have been executing over hundreds of successful projects including prestigious brands and private residential fit outs. We are committed to perform and deliver an outstanding quality in a record time by creating construction solutions that result in exceptional outcomes to bring pride and business success to our clients and to build a strong trusting relationships with them.
Our company's history takes us way back to 2007, when our first project with Emporio Armani in Moda Mall was developed. When we first started, and still to these days, Construction Lab's vision rely on commitment, integrity and reliability. That's what made us one of the leading construction companies in the entire Middle East, starting with a project in Moda Mall and growing to over 25 stores in the same place, up to this day. Moda Mall is the first choice in Bahrain for fashion lovers, an up-scale mall and the only with high-end designer brands un Bahrain at that time, located in the World Trade Center.
Over the years, the company has grown sustainably and and increased its area of intervention, having developed projects in various areas such as fashion, retail, private construction and residential projects. This growth in capability has been represented by our expansion, which led us to develop exception projects with international brands like Armani, Gucci and Toyota, and other great companies with local expression like Villa Moda, Almanea, Ammar Basheir, Abdulwahab or Nuzul.
The projects we develop define our position in the market as a top of mind brands for construction solutions in the Middle East. When we first started, back in 2007, Construction Lab knew exactly where we wanted to be in the future as we know now that greatness takes its time and we can only see brightness in the our future together.
HISTORY
WORKSHOP DEVELOPMENT
Based on the company's rapid growth pace, Construction Lab started working with several suppliers and different workshops during the first year in business. With the increase in demand for our services, it was mandatory to open our very first workshop, later in 2008.
Our second workshop was developed in 2010, a special period for the company since we were working on Layali Abdulwahab Restaurant, our first Food & Beverage project and the largest one since the beginning of the company, regarding scale and budget. This was a major step for Construction Lab's growth over time and a special project that projected an image of relevance in the market that was truly important at that time.
From then, Construction Lab has evolved progressively with two major steps, namely in 2016 with a big team expansion and a new building materials and also in 2020, when a great expansion came to life with a brand new naming and branding for the company, that represents us till this day.
Our team represents a major part in our success as it is made by workers committed to rigor and determination, that make craftsmanship their main treasure. It all started with a small group of 5 people back in 2007 and now we are 150 working together under the same vision and with the same perspectives. This is how our team has grown over time.
The constellation of stars that makes up our team has been expanding due to the different ares of expertise in which we have been evolving. Since 2007, when we specialized in building completion and décor. Construction Lab has moving forward to HVAC in 2010 and to building materials in 2016 and finally to building construction in 2019, all the areas we are involved in nowadays, till this day.
